Open Letter
In August 2020, the BFELG circulated its ‘Open Letter’ to address systemic racism in further education’ (see Appendix 1). Through it, all FE stakeholders were invited to acknowledge the race inequality challenges prevalent in the post-16 education and skills sector, and to join with BFELG to “collectively address the barriers that our students, staff and communities face.”
