BLG is committed to providing high quality training, with planning and preparation taking place several weeks in advance of the engagement date.

We understand that situations and circumstances may arise when an event needs to be cancelled or postponed. Please inform us by email at naomi@blackleadershipgroup.com if you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled event.

In the event of cancellation/postponement, the following charges will apply:

If the cancellation notice is more than 30 days before the Agreed Delivery Date there will be no cancellation charge.

If the cancellation notice is within 30 days of the Agreed Delivery date, 50% of the total CPD charge (including face to face surcharge) becomes payable.

If the cancellation notice is within 14 days of the Agreed Delivery date 100% of the total CPD charge (including face to face surcharge) becomes payable.

In the unlikely event that BLG will need to cancel an event, the following refunds will be given.

If the cancellation notice is within 30 days of the Agreed Delivery date, 50% of the total CPD charge (including face to face surcharge) will be refunded.

If the cancellation notice is within 14 days of the Agreed Delivery date 100% of the total CPD charge (including face to face surcharge) will be refunded.
